Personalytics is a self-improvement toolkit based on A.I. It allows us to track all wellness data in one place by connecting user’s existing wearables and chatting with an AI coach via Facebook. Then, Personalytics interprets wellness data and sends daily insights and a personalized weekly dashboard. The insights cover the following areas of wellness: nutrition, weight, fitness, sleep, and mindfulness. The main purpose of the product is to increase user’s self-awareness of wellness and nudge the user to optimize your behavior.
Your privacy is crucial to us and here is how we protect it:

Out of all Google Fit data, we only receive:
No other data points are collected from your smartphone, or wearable devices. We never add or update any existing data in your Google Account.

We will retain your Personal Data for as long as you maintain an account or as otherwise necessary to provide you the Services. Since part of the service is keeping your history for you to view later, we will generally retain data as much as possible. We will also retain your Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing of Personal Data and against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Personal Data. When you give us permission to sync Google Fit data.
When you connect an integration to sync data to your account.

When you engage with our online communities or advertising.
When you access third party products and services that are connected to our service via Google Fit.
When you connect with us through social media.
When we collect data from third parties or publicly-available sources.
When we leverage and/or collect cookies, device IDs, Location, data from the environment, and other standard and commonly used data collection technologies.
When we aggregate or synthesize data.
When you take fitness tests or assessments; share content or achievements, or invite friends.
When we comply with Legal Requirements or Obligations, Law Enforcement, and for Public Safety Purposes (Country/Region-specific Disclosures may apply).

We mostly handle Personal Information for the following reasons:
Providing services. We use the personal information you submit to operate, maintain, customize, and provide you the features and functionality of Personalytics. That includes processing payments, analyzing wellness data, and delivering results like weekly wellness dashboards and daily insights. Personalytics needs to read data from your Google Account to provide you the service. We never add or update any existing data in your Google Account.
Accounts. The use of our service requires a connection with an existing Google account.
Communicating with you. When you contact us to solve a problem that you have reported, our team members may be required to process your personal data to help you. They will not be able to view your personal data that we collected from your Google Fit account.
Improving our service. We may use your anonymous personal data and customer support data to improve our service. We may also need to process certain data in order to correct or modify software settings. We also may use certain information generated by you internally for website analytics, technical problem-solving, maintaining security, and personalizing our content.

Note that your data is never sold to any third party. Your data is stored in secure environments and only authorized staff members have access to it.

We use PayPal (https://www.paypal.com) and Yandex Checkout (https://checkout.yandex.com) to manage User subscriptions and your email address, credit card information, and subscription payment history are shared with this company. As it is a legal requirement for us to keep accounting records, we're legally unable to delete your email address and payment records from PayPal and Yandex Checkout when your account is deleted.
We also use Google Analytics and Wix analytics tools to track visitors to our Site but we do not share any personally identifiable information.
6. How we delete information and accounts
You control your data: you can request your dataset at any time, or you can request that your data is deleted from our servers. If you wish to delete your data and your account, please go to the bot menu by typing anything or by clicking on Bot settings in the Facebook messenger chat with Personalytics. In the bot menu, select "Delete my account". Once upon you submit a request, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Once deleted, your account will no longer be accessible and cannot be restored. If you have deleted your Personalytics account and wish to use our Services again, simply create a new account.
